PA WIN is the newest part of the Perry County Literacy Council programs. PA WIN is the Pennsylvania Workforce Improvement Network. The mission of PA WIN is to encourage and support the development and expansion of customized workplace foundation skills instruction in Pennsylvania. The PCLC will work with employers to provide on the job instruction and training for specific workplace needs. The areas of basic workplace skills, employability skills, and workplace knowledge are all addressed.
